To support this process we are currently looking for an HR officer that will support our Dutch and Belgium colleagues (180+ FTE) with all of their day-to-day HR support needs, is fully in charge of all HR admin and payroll processes, while also contributing to some interesting (inter)national projects. Topics you will definitely encounter are:

  • Introducing and optimizing a new HRIS and payroll provider;
  • defining key HR admin/payroll processes and making them smart, simple and supportive;
  • supporting the setup of a career development structure;
  • supporting company culture development;
  • supporting the setup of HR Analytics.

You are part of an ambitious, hardworking, international HR team, reporting to the HR Manager NL & BE and working closely together with the colleagues from Talent Acquisition and Facility.

Job requirements HR officer

You have:
  • A HR or otherwise relevant Bachelor degree
  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a position with similar responsibilities (international, technology and/or fast paced, expanding environment)
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and tax requirements and ability to translate this into practice
  • Experience in using HRIS (knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM is a big plus) and running HR admin and payroll
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Excellent IT skills like Excel and Word
  • Fulltime availability
